Choices Rewired initiative supports families in helping youth make healthy choices
ChoicesRewired is an initiative to help families support youth in making healthier choices around screen and substance use, created in partnership with Wellington Catholic DSB, Upper Grand DSB, and Wellington-Dufferin Guelph Public Health.
Guidance and early intervention can help rewire choices to get youth on a healthier track. By observing patterns, engaging in open conversation, and leading by example, parents can prioritize connection and help keep youth engaged at home and in community.
