🎓 Year-End Student Checklist
As we wrap up the school year, please ensure the following tasks are completed. These are important for a smooth transition into summer and the next school year.
🔐 Lockers
- Remove all personal belongings from your locker.
- Leave your locker open with the lock closed on the inside tab, as instructed.
- Lockers must be empty — any items left behind will be discarded.
📚 Textbooks & School Materials
- Return all textbooks to your teachers or designated drop-off locations.
- Return library books to the Library.
- Return loaned tech devices (Chromebooks, chargers, hotspots, etc.) to the Library.
🏅 Sports Equipment & Uniforms
- All sports equipment and uniforms should already be returned to your coach.
- If you still have items, please bring them to the main office immediately.
💳 School Accounts
- Check your student account for any outstanding fees (e.g., lost books, trip payments).
- Pay outstanding balances via SchoolCash Online or at the main office.
📅 Next Year Planning
- If you are moving or transferring schools and have not informed the Guidance Office, please do so immediately.
- Confirm that your contact information is up to date in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Incorrect addresses may impact transportation eligibility.
🎓 Grade 12 Students Only
- Ensure all graduation requirements are met and all post-secondary documents are submitted.
- Diploma pick-up dates:
- Wednesday, July 2 & Thursday, July 3 | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday, July 4 | 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM
📬 Course Schedules
- 2025–26 course schedules will be emailed to students at the end of August.
- Students will have the opportunity to book appointments with a guidance counsellor to make necessary course changes during the last week of August and the first week of September.
🧾 General Reminders
- Pick up any medication left with the office.
- If you are leaving our school, please consider donating uniform pieces.
