Grade 12 Give back day will take place on Wednesday, June 21, 2023
A fun day of activities have been scheduled to celebrate our graduates. Buses will pull out at 10:40 sharp to head to Rockwood!
Exams-Please note the following information:
Attendance is mandatory
Final Assessment Days are civies days, no uniform required.
Period 1 Final Assessment: Thurs June 22, 9:00 am
Period 2 Final Assessment: Fri June 23, 9:00 am
Period 3 Final Assessment: Mon June 26, 9:00 am
Period 4 Final Assessment: Tues June 27, 9:00 am
Makeup/Missed Final Assessment Day: Wed June 28
Grade 9-10 final assessments are approx. 1.5 hours
Grade 11-12 final assessments are approx. 2 hours.
The Bus to Elora will leave Lourdes at 11:40 am during the Final Assessment Days (June 22, 23, 26, 27, 28). It has a run like the late bus so only specific drop-off points in Elora, not the regular bus routes. Alternately, students can get their regular bus home at 3:00. There is no There is NO LATE 5:45 pm bus on the Final Assessment Days.
Students who are not scheduled for a final assessment task should not be in the school, unless prior arrangements have been made with a
teacher or staff member. If students are staying as they are waiting for a bus they must do silent work in the library or be supervised by their teacher in a classroom.

All items stored in lockers must be taken home by Wed June 28. Students who will not be returning to our Lady of Lourdes next year are encouraged to donate their uniform items to the school. Donations will be accepted in the main office.
Students must return all materials (texts, uniforms, library books, etc.) to the appropriate teacher (fees will be levied for any materials that
are not returned).
